The SRC Leadership programme is designed to empower student leaders to develop the essential skills needed to lead their school community with purpose, collaboration, and a service-oriented mindset. This programme focuses on equipping SRC teams with the tools to foster strong relationships, create a shared vision, and effectively contribute to school life through leadership and teamwork.
Throughout the programme, students will explore key leadership concepts such as the power of influence, team dynamics, and the importance of personal values in leadership. They will also gain practical experience in running effective meetings, strategic project planning, and improving team collaboration.
