Engage your students with collaborative challenges, relevant personal stories from our facilitators, and a seamless interactive experience with our In-Person programmes. Our team of facilitators travel to schools across New Zealand delivering full-day programmes that explore the concepts of Leadership and Wellbeing.
The Peer Support Leadership programme equips students with the leadership skills needed to guide younger peers through their transition to high school. This is a crucial stage for younger students, and our programme provides senior students with the tools and strategies to effectively support their transition, build relationships, and contribute to a positive school environment.
Throughout the programme, students will explore practical techniques for facilitation, conflict resolution, and small group management. They will develop the ability to lead with empathy, service, and integrity, learning to create supportive, fun, and engaging peer support sessions. By the end of the programme, students will be confident in their ability to make a positive impact on younger peers and foster a supportive school culture.
The Peer Support Leadership programme emphasises the power of leading by example, making decisions with integrity, and applying personal values to leadership. Students will walk away with the tools to facilitate meaningful sessions that support their peers, promote a positive school environment, and help young students thrive during their high school transition.
