In-Person Programmes

Engage your students with collaborative challenges, relevant personal stories from our facilitators, and a seamless interactive experience with our In-Person programmes. Our team of facilitators travel to schools across New Zealand delivering full-day programmes that explore the concepts of Leadership and Wellbeing.

The Spark programme is designed to empower young women to navigate the challenges of adolescence with confidence, emotional intelligence, and a strong sense of self-worth. During this crucial period of personal growth, students are developing a deeper understanding of their identity, relationships, and how to handle the complexities of social pressures, expectations, and self-image.

Through a blend of interactive activities, reflective discussions, and real-life scenarios, the programme encourages students to explore their values, their role within their community, and how to make positive choices in difficult situations. Students will develop the tools to build healthy, respectful relationships with others, set healthy boundaries, and respond to pressures with resilience and self-respect. By the end of the programme, students will feel empowered to live authentically, support their peers, and contribute positively to their school and wider community.

Spark aims to foster an environment where young women feel equipped to handle the complexities of adolescence, embrace their true selves, and approach their future with purpose and confidence.
