Ignite is designed to support young men by helping them understand essential values like integrity, responsibility, and respect. This programme challenges traditional concepts and encourages students to explore and embrace positive messages about how they can live authentic, genuine lives that are true to their values.
Through engaging activities, reflective discussions, and skill-building exercises, students are empowered to develop emotional intelligence, make thoughtful decisions, and build positive relationships with peers. They will also explore key leadership qualities such as strength, integrity, and respect, recognising that real leadership starts from within. By the end of the programme, students will be equipped with the tools to take responsibility for their actions, confidently navigate challenges, and create a positive, lasting impact on their community.
