Engage your students with collaborative challenges, relevant personal stories from our facilitators, and a seamless interactive experience with our In-Person programmes. Our team of facilitators travel to schools across New Zealand delivering full-day and half-day programmes that explore the concepts of Leadership and Wellbeing.
The Recipe for Success programme equips Year 7 and 8 students with essential tools and strategies to prepare for their transition to secondary school with confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self. These pivotal years mark a time of significant change, and this programme provides students with the skills they need to build solid friendships, make positive decisions, and thrive in their next school environment.
Through engaging activities, group discussions, and personal reflections, students explore the importance of building healthy relationships, developing self-worth, and embracing their unique strengths. Students also engage in team-building exercises that foster collaboration, problem-solving, and trust. By the end of the programme, students will have gained practical strategies for dealing with challenges, building peer relationships, setting meaningful goals, and strengthening resilience. They will feel more prepared to contribute to a positive school culture and develop a deeper understanding of their own worth and the impact they can have on others.
The programme is designed to help students create a supportive network of peers, become effective communicators, and develop a growth mindset that sets them up for future success. By the end of the day, students will leave empowered to handle the move to secondary school with confidence and purpose.
